At Vellum Vault, we believe your professional identity belongs strictly to you. We are built from the ground up to respect data minimization. Unlike traditional social network platforms, **we do not track your digital behavior across the web, we do not build consumer advertising profiles, and we never sell your personal data.**

To provide our custom interactive card service, we process only the essential data points you deliberately choose to share with us:

• •Profile Card Parameters: Your name, job title, company name, custom biography, display avatar, and destination links.
• •Routing Links: The individual unique username handle you secure to map your card onto the public internet directory.

Your Vellum Vault page is public by design. Any individual who scans your custom QR code or visits your unique URL will be able to view the card metrics you have active. We pass this data payload only to people you deliberately interact with. We use secure cloud databases hosted by Google Firebase to store and broadcast these metrics globally.

4.0// User Data Rights

You maintain total operational control over your data ledger. Through your secure personal administration workspace console, you have the persistent right to:
